Hyperbaric Environment Control Unit
The HECU-05 Hyperbaric Environment Control Unit has been manufactured to provide a low maintenance unit for use in Chambers and Saturation Systems up to depths of 300 MSW.
The HECU is designed to maintain a chambers internal environment with temperature control between 75oF (24oC) and 95oF with humidity from 50%-70%. This system, which used in conjunction with the CCU-03 (listed below) can also remove the CO2 produced by up to 6 people. The temperature control is achieved by using a Temperature Controller and Chamber/Habitat sensor unit. Each system provides all circulation, heating, cooling and dehumidification required for chamber/habitat up to 560 cu.ft (16 cubic meters).
